Barcelona Offer 18-year-old Wonderkid New Deal With Mega £350m Release Clause Amid Liverpool Interest

 Spanish giants Barcelona are reportedly prepared to offer 18-year-old Pedri an improved deal just to fend-off moves by Premier League side Liverpool to sign Pedri. It was gathered that the Catalan giants are also prepared to etch a staggering £350million release clause on the player’s contract ahead of the summer transfer window. 

UK outlet SunSport are claiming that Barcelona are now forced to offer the attacking midfielder a better contract as he has made a major impact for Barca this season.

 Since forcing his way into the Barcelona first team from Las Palmas, Pedri has become a regular starter under Ronald Koeman and Liverpool are already monitoring his situation.

 But Barca are determined to build their future around the youngster and have reportedly made a huge contract offer to keep him at the Nou Camp. 

His current deal has another year remaining, with the option of an extra two years. But Barca have made a bumper offer, with a massive release clause in a bid to hold on to prized-asset Pedri.

 Tebas was among those that prevented the Argentine from leaving Spain last season after the superstar threatened he wanted to move. 

 - and with the player’s contract coming to an end, Tebas advised him to remain.

 Messi has been strongly linked with transfers to Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain in recent months, although Joan Laporta's return as Barca president has led many to believe he could now see out the rest of his career at the Camp Nou.
